Yes. Our coaches regularly train people with back problems, knee issues, joint conditions and more. Every exercise can be modified to work around your limitations. In fact, many of our members report that their chronic pain actually decreases once they start building strength the right way.
During week one, you'll sit down with your coach for an initial assessment, learn the core movement patterns at a pace that suits you, and receive a personalised nutrition plan.
